The Outlook Add-on for Creatio allows you to process and link emails from Outlook to Creatio records, including contact, account, opportunity, and service case records associated with emails. You can integrate your CRM with MS Outlook and view Creatio information while reviewing or sending emails.

Work smarter right from your email app!

Before installation, make sure that:
– All system requirements are met.
– You are logged in as an administrator.
– Outlook is closed.

INSTALLATION STEPS
STEP 1: Run the Setup.exe program from the Setup 32 or Setup 64 folder in the installation archive (you must select the correct folder depending on whether your version of Outlook is 32-bit or 64-bit)
STEP 2: Keep the default options or change any settings, then click Next.
STEP 3: Click Finish and open Microsoft Outlook.

USER EXPERIENCE
Open your Outlook desktop application and navigate to the Home tab, where you’ll see the Creatio CRM Panel.
STEP 1: Connect Outlook to your Creatio instance
Connect your Outlook session to your Creatio instance. To do this, click Settings in the Creatio CRM Panel.
STEP 2: Enter the Creatio instance URL and your credentials
Enter the Creatio instance URL and your credentials to access your Creatio instance. You can test your connection by clicking the Test Connection button.
STEP 3: Use the Connector
Click Apply.
